Specifications
Specifications are contained within a project and can be classified by module, scenario
and process. The specifications are versioned to assist in release management.

Simple navigation makes editing your document quick and easy. Document header information
can be modified directly from within the document body.

Each specification is completed section by section.

Only those sections relevant to the type of specification you are completing are
presented to you based upon the content of the fields in previous sections. The
"Smart Navigation" rules determine which section of the template should
be used next.

Specification documents can be previewed via your browser and then printed.

Templates
Templates are organised by type and managed across projects to aid re-usability.
The templates are versioned to assist in release management.

Templates are built using a fully featured visual designer. Data capture controls
can be added to the document by dragging and dropping from the toolbox. Controls
within the template can be selected and then edited via the property panel or you
can simply re-position them by dragging the control's anchor. Controls and even
whole sections can be copied and pasted into another part of your template document.
Complex rules can be defined to control navigation during the writing of specifications
using your template. This means you can ensure you only need to complete the relevant
sections for the type of transaction you want to build.
